AtlanSTIC

Atlanstic is a laboratories research federation (IRCCyN, IREENA, LINA). It develops and joins forces in ICT field in the local area of "Pays de la Loire"

IRCCyN is a joint research unit (UMR 6597) of CNRS "Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique".
The IRCCyN is composed of about 217 persons: 96 permanent researchers (14 from the CNRS, where as the others have a teaching position in one of its associated institutions), 24 engineers, technicians and administrative employees, and 98 persons with temporary positions (mainly PhD students, visiting professors and Post-Docs).

IREENA

IREENA (Research Institute of Electrical and Electronics Nantes Atlantique) has been created in 2004. It is composed of about 108 persons: 51 permanent researchers, 9 engineers, technicians and administrative employees, and 48 persons with temporary positions (mainly PhD students, visiting professors and Post-Docs).

LINA

LINA has been created in 2004. This "software science and engineering research center" is composed of about 162 persons: 80 permanent researchers, 8 engineers, technicians and administrative employees, and 74 persons with temporary positions (mainly PhD students, visiting professors and Post-Docs).
